We only ask you for information which we genuinely need in order to provide you with a better service, for example, your name, mobile number (optional) and e-mail address when you make a purchase from us.

Social Media:  Some third party cookies are set by services that appear on our pages. They are set by the operators of that service and are not in our control. They are set by Social Media providers and relate to the ability of users to share content on this site, as indicated by the relevant icons.  If you want to delete any cookies that are already on your computer, please refer to the instructions for your file management software to locate the file or directory that stores cookies.

Privacy & Cookies:  This is the cookie stored when a user agrees to the privacy policy to have cookies stored on their machine.  This third party software logs whether you accept or decline cookies and the privacy policy.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information about visitors to our website. This is done in order to discover, for example, how many visitors we have to the website. The information is processed in such a way that visitors to our website are not identified, and we do not permit Google Analytics to process your information in a way which would allow you to be identified. Website Membership: We use third-party software to manage your membership to the website, this stores your name, mobile number (optional) and email address, enables you to access your account, change your profile, renew your membership and for group members add and delete new users.

We routinely delete membership data for those who have not accessed the website and resources for more than 12 months.

Website Security. We use a third-party hosting service to maintain the security and performance of our website, and in order to do this, it is necessary to collect the Internet Protocol (‘IP’) address of visitors to our website.

Our Use of Your Data

Where you have requested we provide you with a service, we will keep your data only for the purposes of providing that service. We will never rent or sell any of the data you provide to us, and any third parties we use will only ever process your information for us on a need to know basis and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Other than data we are legally obliged to keep for longer periods, for example as regards taxation legislation, we will retain any data you submit to us for a period of one year. We strive to keep third party access to your data to a minimum. However, data provided by you to us, is automatically connected to trusted third parties which we use for the running of our business:  Mail Chimp who send our emails, Text Local who send our text messages, 10to8 who manage our online bookings, Bonjoro who manage our video messages and TrustPilot who collect our reviews. Information passed to third parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that we request. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited.

Your Access to Your Data which is Held by Us

Under the GDPR you have the right to ask for a ‘Subject Access Request’- being a copy of your personal data held by us. Where we do hold such data on you we will provide you with a copy of the data we hold on you. This will be in a commonly used machine-readable file where you request us to e-mail the information to you. We will also give you a description of the data, tell you why we are holding it and tell you who we could have disclosed it to. We do not charge to provide you with this information.

Where data we hold on you is incorrect we will rectify the data. We will also stop processing data on your request and you may also request that we delete the data held on you, though we may have to retain data for a certain length of time for legal purposes, for example, tax legislation.
